The Specialist returns

Hey guys! I played with you guys one cool, drizzly morning last year. Thoroughly enjoyed myself... I'm up in Massachusetts now, but am looking at jobs in the Northern Virginia/DC area, so yall may see a lot more of me in the coming months. Always a pleasure to play with higher caliber players, and most of what I saw on the field was quality. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Hello, I am RedCell. Division 6's silent partner.
Started playing AS in 2006 with a small team called ATA. Met nate at a local game around the time he started playing. Personal issues destroyed this team, and everyone went their seperate ways, and thus, D6 was born. I was in the military back then, so I just kinda, dissappeared.
I make my way back to these boards once in a while. Think about those good times. Employment with uncle sam, however, stopped me from making more.
I am no longer enlisted in the army. However, after years of unuse, I am unsure as to the state of my equipment. I also now live in Maryland. 127 miles from the culpepper field, to be exact.
I do plan on returning to airsoft, no doubts about that. I however will not be as hardcore of a presence.
So yeah, thats it.

welcome back. things have obviously slowed down here, as real life has taken its toll. games still occur once a month or so. most of the old guys are gone, they come back once in awhile, but its kinda random.

Hey guys. I'm Chip also known as Duke Nukem or just Duke. I've been playing Airsoft since 2004. Met with Nate before ACE and D6 was created, then joined ACE and D6 and been playing ever since. I dropped off the radar since getting a new job and rennovating my house, but I'm back from the dead. Hope to see you guys at the next game.

My name is Seth and have been playing for about 2 years now. i own a AGML96 w/ a crap 3-9x32 scope (planning to get a better one) and a MK16FNscar-L(AEG). the L96 shoots at 450fps and the scar at 400ish. just joined because airsoft is among the only thing im good at haha and everyone i play with is scared to play with me lol. combat is my second true love. i've been searching for a airsoft field thats moderately close. im closest to the one in culpeper.

Welcome to the boards for new members! Unfortunately D6 has been slow for games the past year or so. Alot of the core members are either in college or the military. So getting together for games isnt as prevalent as it used to be. However, don't let that discourage you from keeping regular on the boards. D6 is a great group of guys to play and have a good time with. Look for some more regular games come late summer/fall as I assume most of us will be back in the swing of things for a while. Keep checking back here for updates on games and events coming up in the near future.
If youre an avid CQB player. Get in touch with either myself or Iceman. We run a cqb team (FATE) and have some exciting ideas for when we get back from our deployments. Hope to hear from you guys soon.

Yes, welcome. I'm back from training, and will be putting together a game together here. I know a bunch of our original members have expressed a lot of interest in getting something going since we'll all be back (minus kilo, who's still in a-stan).

Kilo, I hope your cqb plans don't involve playing at cqb. It has devolved into a hell hole of idiots and middle schoolers reliving their COD fetishes. Last time I went their, someone tried to provoke by dad into a physical confrontation.

Hello, My name is Jon and I came across the website while I was trying to decide to sell my airsoft gun or not. I live in Richmond, and we use to have some airsoft fields here but they have shut down now and the shops have shut down as well. I have played with some hardcore players once before but other then that i have not played in any games. Just in the backyard with friends.
I Haven't Touched it in about 3 years and saw it under my bed yesterday and was thinking i need to sell this or use it. I went online and found division 6 and it interested me. Seems like a cool group of people that get together and play.My girlfriend lives in fairfax station so I am up there once or twice a month for the weekend. I am also thinking about moving up to nova in the next 2 years into the fairfax area.
Im 23 years old, and currently attend VCU in richmond where I live. I am interested in playing with you guys, but I am very new to the sport. I have some gear , stuff i bought from a local shop and stuff I received from my uncle who is a colonel in the marines. I do not have nothing fancy just some Camo and my guns of course, m16A4 and a beretta pistol.
I am looking to play casually with you guys if that is ok, If not that is fine, I understand if you do not want casual players messing with the training and all of a team. I read the section where i guess i would have to be invited to play... How does that work like meet you guys and then if im cool come play lol. like I said I would like to join with you guys as a casual player, I can drive to nova for matches and when im visiting up there I can join up to play as well.
I hope to get some more info from you guys, but I would love to get in on a game and finally use this airsoft gun I bought like 5 years ag
